1. Who this notice covers
Dermal Vectors is a business service offered to businesses in the United States. It has no consumer accounts, and its forecasts are built from weather data and historical search data, not from data about the people who use it. This notice covers:
- people who visit the website;
- people who sign in to a brand workspace (owners and team members);
- people whose AI apps or software connect to Dermal Vectors on a brand's behalf;
- people who email us.
The Terms of Service and API and Data-use Terms govern use of the service itself.
2. Information we handle and why

We never receive your AI conversations. When your AI app calls Dermal Vectors, we receive only that request, for example which markets or product it asked for, not your questions or the app's answers.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. The website has no advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
3. Your AI app
Your questions, and the forecast results your AI app fetches, are processed by the provider of the app you choose (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under that provider's terms and your plan's settings. We do not control how it stores or uses your conversations. Choose an AI plan your company approves for business data. You can disconnect an app, or revoke an API key, at any time on the Integrations page; that stops new access but does not delete conversations the provider already holds.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- Sign-in cookies set by our sign-in provider, which keep you signed in.
- A browser setting (local storage) that remembers the colors you chose on the forecast map.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie-consent banner.
5. Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting and logs, sign-in and account management, database storage, payments, email, and the computing and storage that produce our forecasts (which contain no customer information). Payments are processed by Stripe. Our providers handle information only to provide their services to us, under their own data-processing terms. A current list of our service providers is available on request from support@dermalvectors.com.
6. How long we keep information

7. Your requests
Email support@dermalvectors.com from your account's email address to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We respond within 30 days. Deletion is carried out by our team on request; billing records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are retained as described above. Brand owners can also remove team members, revoke API keys and disconnect AI apps themselves at any time.
8. Where information is processed
Dermal Vectors is offered to businesses in the United States. Our service providers store and process information in the United States, and some may also process it in other countries where they operate, under their own safeguards.
9. Security
Organization access is checked on every request. API keys are shown once, can be revoked or rotated, and their secrets are held by our sign-in provider. IP addresses in security events are stored only as shortened one-way hashes. Report a suspected security issue to support@dermalvectors.com, and never send an API key or password by email.
