Never send an API key or password by email. If you think a key was exposed, a brand owner should revoke it first on the Integrations page, then tell us.
What to include
- Pilot or trial
- Your company, the markets or questions you have in mind and who will use the forecasts. Email about pilot access
- Billing
- The brand name and the brand owner's email. Payment details stay with Stripe; brand owners manage cards and cancellation from the Billing page.
- AI assistant access
- The AI app you use (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Codex) and the exact message it showed. The agent guide's troubleshooting table covers the most common messages.
- Forecast API
- The endpoint you called, the time (UTC) and the error code or issue ID, never the key. See the developer docs.
- Data or account questions
- What you would like to know, access or delete, and the brand it concerns.
